Ran 13.31 miles at a 7:26 pace in 1:38:58.  Barry was off so we ran together out to Chubbuck and then on Hawthorne Rd. and all the way back to Barry's street then I turned back to my house.  Been really sore in the upper hammy's so I didn't push the pace.  I ordered the RPI Stick (The original Stick) to help remove some of the knots and soreness on the legs.  This was a fun conversational run.

Barry and I did 16.24 miles in a pretty cold run out from Ross Park going reverse way on Pocatello Marathon Course then we turned around going at 8 on the Pocatello Marathon course.  Did the last two miles at 6:36 and 6:03 but other than that it was a slow windy run.  Took 2:04:56 at a 7:41 pace.  My hands were froze for the first 6 miles because of the wind chill.  I wore very light gloves, but what saved me is I put hand warmers inside and that extremely saved my hands from a worst situation.  Glad to get some fast miles on the Pocatello Marathon Course.

Ran 3.1 miles at an ovrall 7:56 pace in 24:36 minutes with my daughter.  Good times you can remember especially when their 16 the moments might get less as they get busier.  I wore my sunglasses and shorts and long sleeve shirt.

Ran 13.10 miles at an overall 7:27 pace in 1:37.  Just taking it easy over the foothil Rd and old town Pocatello.  Did last three at 7:04, 6:50,7:00. Then ran back over on main st. and over the overpass back on Mckinley.

Later:

Ran to the Gas Station and back on break.  Just to loose the legs up and get back to work quicker. Last than half a mile.

Slow 13.12 miles at an overall 7:44 pace in1:41:30.  Ran like I was a dead zombie wondering the streets.  Could be the 75 miles last week, all the work hours, not enough food or combination.  I ran out to Chubbuck and than back home.

Have to work again tonight at 10pm and don't know when I will finish maybe around 4am.  Most likely will not get a run it tomorrow.

Ran towards Ross Park then turned around and ran over the Gould Overpass and headed back home.  I was tired today so the 14.13 miles at an overall 7:39 pace in 1:48:03 was just an easy run and nothing fast.  I let the legs do what they wanted to.  Very cold at 19 degrees with a nasty wind.

Ran in a heavy snow fall and snow on the ground with Barry for 14.10 miles in 1:51:06 in 7:53.  The fastest mile was a 7:27 and we didn't want to do anything faster than that with no traction..  Went up behind Minidome and behind Reed's Gym.  Then went out to Ross park and turned around with the snow continually falling.  Then we went over Gould Overpass and then continued and then turned uphill on Rosewood Rd. Then all the way back to my house.

13.21 miles at an overall 7:30 pace in 1:39.  Ran down Hiline than turned on Siphon rd. than turned on Hawthorne all the way back home.  Straight and flat and boring in the cold.  Maybe I need more shorter intensity runs to refresh the legs from the more endurance training I've been doing.

Ran all over close side streets then over by Poky high for 13.13 miles at an overall 7:39 pace in 1:40:20.  Not fun running when legs don't want to go in the cold.  Oh well good exercise is all that matters

Not sure if the legs are tired from the cold or again like I said yesterday if I need shorter faster runs..

Ran 17.22 miles 7:11 pace in 2:03:44.  Had the day off so I ran 8 miles uphill to Pocatello Creek than  8 miles down and then added a cool down mile or junk  mile I like to call it.  I got done from work at 2:30am and got up at 8:10am and started running by 9am.  Fast day.  700ft elevation gain and drop.

Sorry from yesterday's long run   I just took it nice and slow.  For 11.31 miles at an overall 7:40 pace in 1:26:40.  Just slow and easy and sore.  I wore my heavier cushioned shoes Adidas Tempo 4's.

It really is harder on the legs to want to run fast in the 20 degree weather.

Better run today and not as sore so I did the last few miles with some pickups but nothing extreme.  Ran 13.33 miles at an overall 7:19 pace.  Ran the last few coming down Main St. and side streets at 6:55, 6:58, 6:49, 6:22.  I had to convince myself that I didn't want to be lazy the last few miles and pick it up.  I think with all the miles I'm just really sore.  But I can't convince myself to cut back and run shorter runs

Busy rest of the day getting oil changes and shopping.  I had the day off and thatt was nice.

Ran out to Pocatello Charter school and then back home weaving in and out side streets.  Did 13.11 miles in 7:20 miles.  Tried doing last three miles faster but the legs felt tired.  7:07, 7:02, and 6:32.

Had some late nights and the sleep was less which I think takes a extreme toll on the body eventually.

Very tired waking up today.  I had to pick my daughter up from volleyball last night at Highland High School at 10pm and then take her teammate home that the mom forgot about. (How would you do that to your kid staying out in the dark)

Anyway ran 13.3 miles up Chubbuck Rd. and on Bench Rd.    I've had a busy two months of work so running races and events haven't even been a thought.  My mind is just on running each morning before work for fitness and that's it.

Snow snow for 12.11 miles at an overall 7:25 pace in 1:29:51.  Ran up Hiline Rd. and over old town Pocatello.  just all over where I could find an area that wasn't slick.  Well, that was impossible for this mornings run.  I was up at 3am moving disk Volume's over to our new SAN storage system at work.  I love cloning/moving disk at 3am and then getting out for a run at 7am.  I wish I could do this every morning like I want to get hit by a truck again.

7:12 was the fastest mile and the weather wouldn't allow much more and I was exhausted.

Ran up Satterfield today and that was a

mistake with the snow.  It was like slipping going

up the hill.  Just  a hard tug on my quads. I was exhausted

after the 13.2 miles in a 7:46 pace.
