Been while since I've posted being I don't run much anymore. My running schedule is basically second priority as fitness. Running has really made my muscle tone weak so my priority has been on weight lifting to build back the muscle I lost running so much. I used to do 80 mile a weeks on an average and had a crazy running schedule . Ran today 4 miles at an easy 8 minute pace. I do more weight lifting now trying to put on muscle weight so the pace has definitely slowed down to a old man's pace. Arizona is a nice place to run this time of year where it's not too hot. But the heat has never bothered me here when I run.... for now almost being here 5 years. I will try and post every once in a while. Its good to see the same bloggers on here. God Bless you all.
