Great run did some faster miles even at startup.  Still hoping to get faster and not hurt as much.  Did the run on a flat course by myself.  Leg was tired at the end.

Run with Barry my friend today up Olympus Rd.  then down Chubbuck Rd, then we turned on Hiline Rd back to my house.  I did another 6:ish mile today but all of it was downhill mile.  Very good run where the first three miles are uphill then one downhill and the last two flat.  7.11 miles at an overall 7:47 pace in 55:23 minutes.  I felt really good on 4 hours of sleep because of my daugther getting home really late from her track me.
