Recovery-Fitness-Endurance-Healthy Running Blog at FastRunningBlog.Com Fri, 15 Jan 2021 23:10:59 FeedCreator 1.7.2 Thu, May 03, 2018 <p>Easy 4.2 miles outside running from the gym around the area on the different sidewalk trails.&nbsp; One nice thing about Arizona (Glendale) there&#39;s tons of trails/sidewalk paths to run on.&nbsp; After that I lifted weights at the gym for 30 minutes.&nbsp; After the gym I had&nbsp;&nbsp;to hustle home because of a meeting with IBM for work.&nbsp; Its nice to be able to work from home two days out of the week.</p> Thu, 03 May 2018 06:00:00 Mon, Apr 30, 2018 <p>Hi All,</p> <p>Been while since I&#39;ve posted being I don&#39;t run much anymore.&nbsp; My running schedule is basically second priority as fitness.&nbsp; Running has really made my muscle tone weak so my priority has been on weight lifting to build back the muscle I lost running so much.&nbsp; I used to do 80 mile a weeks on an average and had a crazy&nbsp;running schedule .&nbsp; Ran today 4 miles at an easy 8 minute pace.&nbsp; I do more weight lifting now trying to put on muscle weight so the pace has definitely slowed down to a old man&#39;s pace.&nbsp; Arizona is a nice place to run this time of year where it&#39;s not too hot.&nbsp; But the heat has never bothered me here when I run.... for now almost being here 5 years.&nbsp; I will try and post every once in a while.&nbsp; Its good to see the same bloggers on here.&nbsp; God Bless you all.</p> Mon, 30 Apr 2018 06:00:00
